Grazing - relaxed wedding dining - Only at Lemore

2019 will be the year of the grazer in terms of wedding food.



Whilst buffet style or sharing platters / cheese boards have been reserved for evening food, they are now a more popular choice for the main event food.

It sets the tone for a laid back affair when it comes to your Wedding day. It also creates a real conversation starter amongst guests that might not necessarily converse despite being sat on the same table. This is a step up from the circa 2013-2014 carving table where each guest table would nominate one guest to carve the meat and serve to the other members whilst still keeping the traditional roast for the main meal.

I love that food has become more “picky” and relaxed, the informality of it all allows guests to really loosen up and not feel so stuffy and what can sometimes be “on edge”.

Weddings should encompass all things celebration, friends and family and fun... this is a great way to set that tone as early on as he main meal.
